To ensure a serene experience for all our guests and maintain a safe and professional environment, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to avoid delays for the next guest.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. This ensures your comfort and safety during services like massages or scalp treatments.
  • Head Spa & Scalp Treatments: Please arrive with dry, unstyled hair. Avoid applying heavy products beforehand to ensure the best results.
  • Body Massage: Our massages are therapeutic and professional. Improper behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of service.
  • Pedicures: We recommend wearing open-toed footwear to allow polish to dry completely. Please inform your technician of any foot conditions beforehand.
  • Gratuities: Tips are greatly appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your total at checkout.
  • Children & Guests: To maintain a calm environment, only guests receiving services are permitted in treatment areas. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
