Service Agreement

By booking a treatment with Sister Lavender Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellness of all guests.

  • Purpose of Services: All services provided are intended for personal care, relaxation, and general wellness. They are not a substitute for medical care or treatment of any condition.
  • Disclosure of Conditions: Guests must disclose all relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies (including fragrance or essential oils), injuries, recent surgeries, or pregnancy prior to receiving any service.
  • Allergies & Reactions: Sister Lavender Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions to products or treatments due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions. Please communicate any sensitivities before your appointment.
  • Injuries or Discomfort: If you experience pain or discomfort during your session, please inform your therapist immediately. You agree not to hold the spa or its staff liable for any unreported discomfort or injury.
  • Client Responsibility: You agree that your participation in any spa service is voluntary and at your own risk. You release Sister Lavender Spa and its team from liability for any injury or condition resulting from services received.
  • Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time without a price adjustment.
  • Hygiene & Etiquette: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Confidentiality: All personal information and discussions during services are kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering safe, personalized treatments.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. A signed service agreement form may be required on your first visit or prior to select treatments.
